I love to cook authentic Caribbean cuisine. I create a fusion of traditional Dominican and Puerto Rican dishes. Some of those include Rice, Beans, Stews and a few veggie meals made with my homemade Sofrito. I can also create spices and hot sauce using all fresh ingredients. Note: most of the dishes include Sazón, garlic and/or Sofrito, which I will provide!

She was very clean and the food was yummy. Very professional.
I had such a wonderful experience cooking with Aslin through Homemade. From the moment the session began, she brought so much warmth, enthusiasm, and ease to our kitchen. The meals she created were incredibly flavorful, absolutely delicious, and it was such a gift to be hands-off while she cooked for our family. It truly felt like having a talented chef and an encouraging friend right in our home. Kelly and Pooja have really built something special with Homemade. The entire experience is seamless, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. I’m already thinking about our next session!

Aslin is incredibly kind and skilled. It was a very pleasant experience. My favorite part was that she brought her own fresh spices and sofrito which made the food taste so clean, fresh, and flavorful. The beef stew was so amazing. The sauce was incredible. Definitely a highlight. Very professional, skilled, warm and authentic!
A few things stood out to me: 1. Aslin is awesome! She's so sweet and we enjoyed talking with her the entire time. 2. Somehow she cooked so much food and kept the place spotless WHILE she cooked. I couldn't believe how little she had to clean when she was done. 3. The food was amazing. We have been eating her dishes all week. Haven't had to cook anything at all. Overall felt like the food was incredibly tasty and still healthy. Double win. We could tell that she's a very sweet and kindhearted person. She was extremely polite. We would also say that she was highly professional in that she came prepared, worked efficiently, asked the right questions, and legitimately worked non-stop every second that she was here. Additionally, she did a great job of keeping the place clean and packing up the food when she was finished.
Aslin was INCREDIBLE!!!! She is so professional, her food was delicious, and I would recommend her to everyone. The roasted chicken is delicious - the chicken just falls of the bone and the sauce is amazing. The stewed eggplant with quinoa is also so good! The flavors are delicious and heating the food up is super easy. Aslin is professional, kind, and so gracious in my kitchen. I would love to have her cook in my kitchen again!
