It's just me and my box grater against the world! If you ever want a cheesy recipe, I guarantee that the cheese will be grated by hand, unless you really prefer the pre-shredded stuff. My cuisine is an Asian-American blend of typical American casseroles and nostalgic Asian dinners. I like to cook large meals that can either function as meal prep throughout the week, or fun for a whole family. I have confidence I can cook dishes that are Korean, Japanese, and Chinese for the Eastern side, and ones that are Italian, French, and British for the Western side of things. I am also fairly flexible in cooking dishes that I may not have cooked before as long as I have personally tried them before (example: I can make a decent biriyani since I love eating it).
You can opt for Ciel to do the grocery shopping or not. Pick a package size and then fill it with whatever you'd like — from a cook's menu or custom. Grocery shopping is optional: you'll pay for ½ hour of Ciel's time and the actual cost of the ingredients, no markup.

Ciel was lovely and friendly! The food she made was delicious and had lots of depth of flavor. I also felt like I got a great variety of food and she left my kitchen spotless. The fish dish she made was delightful. It was so flavorful and fell right off the bone. I also had never had fishcakes before and they were perfectly seasoned and delicious. Ciel was very professional and kind.
